Conference and Trade Show Venues in Zurich
Zurich hosts a wide range of international conferences, congresses and trade shows throughout the year, supported by venues ranging from large-scale convention and exhibition centres to contemporary event spaces and five-star conference hotels.
I regularly work in these complex, fast-paced environments where multiple sessions run in parallel and communication teams rely on timely, consistent visual delivery.
Below I collected some of my favourite venues that I highly recommend if you are organising a corporate event in Zurich:
Kongresshaus Zürich (Zurich Convention Center) is one of the city’s leading venues for international conferences, congresses and large-scale corporate events. Located directly by Lake Zurich, its numerous halls, meeting rooms and foyers provide a flexible setting for multi-track programs, exhibitions, networking events and formal business gatherings.
Messe Zürich is one of the city’s primary venues for trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events. With multiple exhibition halls and conference spaces, it is particularly well suited to large-scale events requiring comprehensive photography of exhibition stands, product presentations, networking and activity across the show floor.
The Circle Convention Center Zurich Airport offers a modern setting for international conferences, corporate events and business gatherings directly next to Zurich Airport. Its convention hall and extensive range of meeting and breakout spaces make it particularly suitable for international programs combining keynote sessions, workshops, networking and exhibitions.
StageOne Event & Convention Hall is a flexible industrial-style venue in Zurich-Oerlikon, frequently used for corporate events, conferences, product launches and large business gatherings. Its open-plan architecture and adaptable event spaces work especially well for productions with strong staging, branding and visual elements.
SIX ConventionPoint provides a contemporary business environment for conferences, presentations, meetings and corporate events. Located in Zurich-West, it is particularly suited to professional gatherings where presentations, networking and smaller parallel sessions form an important part of the program.
Zurich Marriott Hotel combines extensive conference and meeting facilities with accommodation in a central location close to Zurich’s main business districts. Its flexible event rooms and larger conference spaces make it particularly suitable for international corporate meetings, multi-day conferences, presentations and business events where accommodation and the event program need to be hosted within the same property.
The Dolder Grand offers a five-star setting for executive meetings, conferences, corporate events and high-level business gatherings overlooking Zurich. Its combination of elegant meeting rooms, larger event spaces and luxury hospitality provides a distinctive alternative to a traditional conference centre, particularly for leadership events, presentations, networking and exclusive corporate programs.
Baur au Lac combines the character of one of Zurich’s historic five-star hotels with elegant spaces for business meetings, conferences and private corporate events. Located close to Lake Zurich and the city centre, its salons and event rooms are particularly well suited to executive meetings, presentations, corporate receptions and smaller high-level international gatherings.
