Munich hosts a wide range of international conferences, congresses and trade shows throughout the year, supported by venues ranging from large-scale exhibition and convention centres to dedicated conference facilities, distinctive corporate event spaces and five-star hotels.
I regularly work in these complex, fast-paced environments where multiple sessions run in parallel and communication teams rely on timely, consistent visual delivery.
Below I collected some of my favourite venues that I highly recommend if you are organising a corporate event in Munich:
Messe München is one of Germany’s leading locations for international trade fairs, exhibitions and large-scale industry events. Its extensive exhibition halls, conference facilities and meeting spaces make it particularly well suited to events requiring comprehensive photography of exhibition stands, product demonstrations, networking and activity across the show floor.
ICM – International Congress Center Messe München is a major venue for international congresses, conferences and corporate events. Directly connected to the Messe München exhibition halls, it offers a combination of auditoriums, conference rooms and exhibition space that works particularly well for complex multi-track programs, keynote sessions, workshops and accompanying exhibitions.
MOC – Event Center Messe München provides a flexible environment for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and industry gatherings. Its combination of event halls, showrooms and breakout spaces makes it particularly suitable for programs where presentations, networking and exhibitions take place simultaneously.
CCN – Conference Center North Messe München offers a dedicated conference environment directly connected to the Messe München exhibition grounds. Its conference rooms, meeting spaces and generous foyer areas make it particularly useful for congresses, corporate meetings and events running alongside larger exhibitions and trade shows.
BMW Welt provides one of Munich’s most distinctive settings for conferences, product launches, exhibitions and corporate events. Its combination of contemporary architecture, auditorium spaces, meeting facilities and dedicated event areas makes it particularly well suited to visually driven business events, brand presentations and international corporate gatherings.
Hotel Bayerischer Hof combines five-star hospitality with one of Munich’s most extensive collections of hotel event spaces. Located in the historic city centre, its numerous function rooms range from intimate meeting spaces to large ballroom settings, making it suitable for executive meetings, conferences, corporate receptions and major international business events.

The Westin Grand Munich is a large five-star hotel with extensive conference and event facilities, making it suitable for international corporate programs, conferences, meetings and receptions.
