Prague hosts a wide range of international conferences, congresses and trade shows throughout the year, supported by venues ranging from large-scale convention and exhibition centres to historic event spaces and five-star conference hotels.

I regularly work in these complex, fast-paced environments where multiple sessions run in parallel and communication teams rely on timely, consistent visual delivery.

Below I collected some of my favourite venues that I highly recommend if you are organising a corporate event in Prague:

Prague Congress Centre is one of the city’s leading venues for international congresses, conferences and large-scale corporate events. With numerous halls, meeting rooms and extensive exhibition areas, it is particularly well suited to multi-track programs where presentations, networking and parallel sessions need to be covered throughout the day.

PVA EXPO PRAHA is one of Prague’s major exhibition venues, hosting international trade fairs, industry exhibitions and large business events. Its spacious exhibition halls make it especially suitable for companies requiring comprehensive photography of exhibition stands, product presentations, networking and activity across the show floor.

O2 universum is a modern multifunctional congress centre designed for conferences, corporate events, exhibitions and large international gatherings. Its flexible halls and meeting spaces allow multiple parts of an event to run simultaneously, making it particularly suitable for complex programs combining keynote sessions, workshops, networking and accompanying exhibitions.

Žofín Palace offers a more historic and elegant setting for conferences, gala events, corporate receptions and formal business gatherings. Located on Slovanský Island in central Prague, the venue is particularly suited to organisations looking to combine a professional event program with a distinctive Prague setting.

DOX Centre for Contemporary Art provides a contemporary and creative environment for conferences, presentations, panel discussions and corporate events. Its combination of multifunctional halls, auditorium spaces and distinctive modern architecture makes it especially suitable for organisations looking for a less traditional setting with a strong visual identity.

Hilton Prague Atrium is one of the city’s major conference hotels, combining extensive event facilities with accommodation for international delegates. Its large Congress Hall, ballroom and numerous meeting rooms make it particularly well suited to multi-day conferences, product launches and complex corporate programs requiring plenary sessions, breakout rooms and networking spaces within the same property.

Prague Marriott Hotel offers a dedicated conference environment in the heart of the city, with flexible ballrooms, breakout rooms and boardroom facilities designed for business events. Its conference spaces work particularly well for corporate meetings, presentations, seminars and international conferences where multiple sessions and networking activities form part of the program.

Four Seasons Hotel Prague provides a five-star setting for executive meetings, corporate events and smaller international conferences in Prague’s historic Old Town. Its elegant ballroom, breakout rooms and private event spaces offer a refined alternative to a traditional conference centre, particularly for leadership meetings, workshops, presentations and high-level business gatherings.
